“All Knowledge is a Privilege.”

- Motto of the National Library of Wales

The Dogs of the Otherworld (Cŵn Annwfn) are pictured in the header. They are thought to come from the Otherworld to hunt the souls of the living, especially unshriven souls, and they are often part of the Wild Hunt led by Gwyn ap Nudd. Other Welsh names for them include: fairy dogs, corpse dogs, and sky dogs.
